Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Kathmandu team. The role involves producing visual content for marketing, branding, and social media, and offers the chance to develop both design and video editing skills in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
• Create thumbnails, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets for digital campaigns.
• Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, image retouching, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and branding teams to ensure multimedia aligns with company objectives.
• Maintain consistency with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Organise and maintain design files, video assets, and project folders.
• Revise creative assets based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently pursuing).
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or relevant internships/freelance projects.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
