Junior Sales Officer – Bus Segment

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Officer for the Bus Segment to join our sales team. The role focuses on generating new business, building customer relationships, and supporting the sales cycle for commercial and electric buses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities in the bus market.
• Conduct market research and regular customer visits to understand demand and requirements.
• Handle sales inquiries, negotiations, and support the full sales conversion process.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular sales and market reports.
• Identify new markets and stay updated on product features, industry trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (running or completed).
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, automotive or related area; fresh graduates are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using a CRM system for tracking leads and customers.
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools for preparing sales and market reports.
