Lead Generation & Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Recruitment Executive to drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities and managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes. The role blends business development, client relationship management, and talent acquisition responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Research prospective clients, arrange meetings, and present company services.
• Maintain and update a lead database while pursuing monthly and quarterly targets.
• Understand client hiring needs, create job descriptions, and source candidates via multiple channels.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Support offer negotiation, onboarding, and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, lead generation, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and database management.
