About the role
The Learning & Development Executive will support the planning, coordination and delivery of training programmes that enhance colleague performance and nurture a culture of continuous learning within our hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing and scheduling learning activities aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate the delivery of training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Ensure timely completion of learning initiatives and meet deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
