Manufacturing All‑Rounder – Factory Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on and versatile Manufacturing All‑Rounder to support and coordinate day‑to‑day operations of a building‑materials manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have practical experience across production, manpower, inventory, quality, machinery and plant administration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily factory operations, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing and achievement of production targets.
• Assist in preparing and implementing production plans, monitor output, productivity, wastage and downtime, and address bottlenecks.
• Coordinate and supervise factory workers, allocate manpower, monitor attendance, discipline and performance, and support recruitment and training.
• Monitor machinery condition, coordinate maintenance, follow up on repairs, and support installation or modification of equipment.
• Ensure raw materials and finished products meet quality standards, coordinate with QC/QA, and take corrective actions.
• Work with Stores and Procurement to guarantee raw‑material availability, monitor consumption, and manage inventory levels.
• Track manufacturing costs, identify waste‑reduction opportunities, and support cost‑control initiatives.
• Promote safety practices, enforce PPE use, identify risks and maintain workplace cleanliness and 5S.
• Maintain factory documentation, prepare operational reports, and liaise with HR, Finance, Sales and Management.
• Act as a coordination point between management and factory teams, providing regular updates and resolving day‑to‑day issues.

Required profile

• Hands‑on manufacturing professional with experience coordinating production, manpower, machinery, quality and inventory.
• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in building‑materials or related process industries.
