Manufacturing Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Manager will lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations at our Kathmandu facility. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for planning production, coordinating resources, and ensuring that output meets quality and delivery targets. The role also involves continuous performance monitoring and reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production runs, allocate materials and equipment.
• Coordinate resources across shifts to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor production performance and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to maintain efficient workflows.
• Manage production staff, enforce safety and compliance procedures.
• Report key manufacturing metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production planning, production management and manufacturing operations.
• Strong background in quality control and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to lead and develop manufacturing teams with effective communication.
