Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate to expand our online presence across social media and email channels. The role focuses on building brand awareness, engaging audiences, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging text, image, and video content for each social platform.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community interaction on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Research current trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content relevant.
• Ensure all output aligns with the company’s tone, style, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and video teams for cohesive messaging.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
• Plan, run, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns.
• Design and send email newsletters, promotions, and announcements; manage subscriber lists and track performance metrics.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines and creative assets.
• Prepare monthly reports on social and email performance to guide strategy.
• Contribute ideas to content calendars and campaign planning alongside senior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media handling, content creation, or digital marketing (internships count).
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
