Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will be based on‑site in Kathmandu, promoting Himalaya Bhawan’s commercial spaces and driving tenant acquisition and retention. You will work closely with the sales and leasing teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that raise the property’s visibility and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify demand trends.
• Develop promotional materials, presentations and property viewings support.
• Manage inbound inquiries, maintain communication with prospects and existing tenants.
• Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to generate leads and convert them into tenants.
• Track performance metrics of marketing activities and optimise strategies.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset; ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
• Experience in real‑estate or commercial property marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
