Marketing Operations & Activation Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Activation Executive to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team in Kathmandu. Reporting directly to the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for turning strategic plans into on‑ground actions, ensuring seamless execution of BTL campaigns, events and field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives designed by the Marketing Head.
• Plan and manage on‑ground activations, roadshows, exhibitions, dealer activities and other BTL promotions.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, promoters, event teams, printers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee logistics, branding materials, manpower, timelines and execution requirements.
• Conduct market and site visits to verify proper implementation of activities.
• Track planned versus actual activities, budgets, expenses, leads, reach and outcomes.
• Maintain photographs, execution reports, invoices and supporting documentation.
• Provide regular market and competitor feedback to the Marketing Head.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, BTL, brand activation, events, field marketing or marketing operations.
• Hands‑on, execution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow‑up and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and vendors simultaneously.
