Medical Expert – AI Content Review (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a Medical General Expert to work remotely on an hourly contractor basis. In this position you will review AI‑generated medical responses, generate expert healthcare content, and provide detailed feedback to improve the reasoning quality of large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and model responses across diverse medical topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI outputs to enhance accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, ensuring reliability across clinical use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MD/DO, Nursing, MPH, Health Sciences or related) with strong grounding in epidemiology, clinical medicine and healthcare systems.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in nursing, public health, health sciences or allied health.
• Proven ability to perform clinical reasoning, differential diagnosis, risk stratification and explain conclusions from evidence.
• Exceptional attention to detail for fact‑checking medical content and identifying unsafe assumptions.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and ability to assess internal consistency and patient‑safety implications.
• Self‑directed, reliable and able to deliver consistent quality in a remote, hourly workflow.
• Previous experience with AI data training/annotation, clinical documentation review or healthcare editorial QA is strongly preferred.
