Merchant Acquisition & Activation Executive

About the role

The Merchant Acquisition & Activation Executive will help grow Briz, a local commerce platform, by building a network of nearby sellers. This hybrid position blends field visits to shops with office‑based follow‑up to ensure merchants are successfully onboarded and stay active on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Visit local shops in Bagdol and surrounding areas to introduce Briz and its benefits.
• Acquire new merchants, assist with registration, profile setup, and app installation.
• Educate merchants on using Briz effectively and handling customer inquiries.
• Conduct phone, messaging, and virtual follow‑ups to drive activation and engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships, monitor activity, and re‑engage inactive merchants.
• Track visits, onboarding status, and performance metrics.
• Meet weekly and monthly acquisition, onboarding, and activation targets.
• Collect merchant feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in face‑to‑face interactions and field sales.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and willing to travel locally.
• Resilient and able to handle frequent rejections.
• Own a two‑wheeler (preferred).
