Mid-Level Architect (Full‑Time)

About the role

Griha Designs & Engineering is seeking a motivated Mid‑Level Architect to join its multidisciplinary team in Dhobighat, Kathmandu. This full‑time position involves designing, documenting, and coordinating residential and commercial projects with both local and international exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
• Support conceptual, schematic and design development phases.
• Create presentation drawings, 3D views and visual material as required.
• Prepare construction drawings and coordinate them with structural and engineering teams.
• Maintain organized drawing files and ensure documentation standards.
• Track project tasks, deadlines and priorities, communicating updates clearly.
• Prepare permit submission packages, liaise with municipalities and respond to review comments.
• Guide junior architects and interns, reviewing their work for quality and consistency.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Mid‑level professional able to take ownership of design and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication for internal coordination and client interaction.
