Mid-Level Customer Support – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Customer Support professional to join Codewing Solutions on the night shift. The role involves handling web‑based product queries via email and live chat, providing empathetic and accurate assistance to a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage end‑to‑end issue resolution, including complex cases as product knowledge grows.
• Identify recurring problems and relay insights to product and engineering teams.
• Document findings and help improve internal support workflows.
• Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Work across Codewing’s product ecosystem, learning each offering progressively.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience supporting web‑based products (freshers also encouraged).
• Excellent written English with clear, professional communication.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non‑technical users.
• Strong judgment, ownership, and independent work ethic.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Crisp, Helpscout, Zendesk or Intercom.
• Familiarity with websites and web technologies; WordPress knowledge is a plus.
