Motion Graphic Designer

About the role

Outreach Nepal is seeking a creative Motion Graphic Designer to join its Kathmandu office. You will craft dynamic motion graphics and animations that power digital campaigns, social media, television spots, and branded content, translating client objectives into compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise ideas with the creative team and develop storyboards.
• Produce, edit and composite video and motion elements for multiple platforms.
• Adapt graphics to various digital and social media formats.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, account managers and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay current with design trends, optimise workflows and maintain brand consistency across all outputs.

Required profile

• Strong background in motion design and motion graphics.
• Experience in video production, including editing, compositing and post‑production.
• Solid graphic design skills for layouts, visual identities and campaign assets.
• Relevant academic background (Design, Visual Communication, Media) or equivalent professional experience.
• Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video work and graphic design, preferably for advertising or brand campaigns.
