Motion Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high‑impact visual content for social media, digital campaigns and brand storytelling. You will take concepts from idea through final delivery, working with clients across travel, education, finance and sports.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and motion‑graphics direction for social media, websites, print and digital campaigns.
• Conceptualise, storyboard and produce animated content, video edits and motion graphics for ads, reels and brand videos.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and motion outputs and evolve brand guidelines as needed.
• Collaborate with marketers, developers and clients while mentoring junior designers.
• Produce high‑quality visuals and animations for posts, advertisements, infographics, presentations and video campaigns.
• Expert use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign and Canva; explore new tools as required.
• Present concepts, incorporate feedback and manage revisions independently.
• Maintain file organisation, version control and design workflows across projects.
• Stay ahead of design and motion trends, tools and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a design role with a strong portfolio demonstrating static and motion work.
• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end and mentor junior designers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX tools is a plus.
• Experience with 2D/3D animation, sound design or storyboard creation is an added advantage.
