About the role

Growth Lab Inc Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative Multimedia Designer and Video Editor to join its Kathmandu office. You will craft visual and motion assets for digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across web, social media, and marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics, motion visuals, and video content for various digital platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video projects from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to adapt assets for different formats and devices.
• Maintain brand guidelines and optimize media for performance and user experience.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas to support client and internal initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong multimedia background with experience in mixed‑media content creation.
• Proven video production and editing abilities, including planning and shooting.
• Graphic design expertise aligned with brand standards.
• Understanding of web layout, user experience, and responsive design.
• Relevant education in design, media, communication, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective collaboration skills and willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu.
