Multimedia Executive – Design

About the role

The Multimedia Executive – Design will create high‑quality visual content that supports IDPIDP’s branding, digital campaigns and offline marketing initiatives. Working closely with the marketing team, you will produce engaging graphics, videos and motion‑graphics for a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns and promotional materials.
• Plan, shoot and edit videos, including promotional reels, testimonials and campaign footage.
• Provide photo and video coverage for events such as seminars, education fairs and university visits.
• Create motion graphics, animations and short‑form creative content for digital promotions.
• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign creatives and content strategies.
• Organise and manage multimedia assets for internal and external use.
• Support ideation and development of creative concepts for marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film Production or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Video editing, photography and graphic design expertise.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animations.
