Odoo Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Team Lead to drive the design, development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions. The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality delivery for a variety of business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization, and deployment of Odoo modules across Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, Manufacturing, and other areas.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain architecture standards.
• Mentor the development team, resolve complex technical issues, and manage version upgrades, migrations, and third‑party integrations.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor tasks to meet project timelines; conduct sprint planning, stand‑ups, and code reviews.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, providing effort estimates, feasibility analysis, and status updates.
• Ensure proper unit and functional testing, maintain technical documentation, and enforce coding standards and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on Odoo development experience, including 1–2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end Odoo implementations.
