Offensive Security Analyst – Mobile & Network Penetration Testing

About the role

We are looking for an Offensive Security Analyst with deep expertise in mobile application and network penetration testing. The successful candidate will uncover vulnerabilities, perform comprehensive security assessments, and provide actionable remediation guidance for Android, iOS, and enterprise network environments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute mobile penetration tests, including root/jailbreak bypass, static and dynamic analysis of APK/IPA files, and runtime instrumentation with Frida.
• Perform network assessments covering internal, external, VPN, wireless, and cloud components; conduct vulnerability scanning, manual verification, and safe exploitation.
• Analyze API security, authentication flows, session management, and cryptographic implementations.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, tooling, and repeatable testing methodologies.
• Produce technical reports, executive summaries, and deliver verbal debriefs to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging threats, exploits, and defensive technologies; contribute to internal playbooks and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in application or network security testing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; capable of working independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Mobile platforms: Android, iOS, Java, Swift, Flutter.
• Root/jailbreak concepts, detection mechanisms, and bypass techniques.
• Static analysis tools: JADX, Ghidra, Hopper.
• Dynamic analysis tools: Frida, Burp Suite, mitmproxy, TLS & certificate pinning handling.
• Network testing tools: Nmap, Masscan, Nessus/OpenVAS, Metasploit, Netcat, Wireshark, tcpdump, SIEM platforms.
• Scripting and automation for custom tooling.
