Operation Supervisor

About the role

Samaj Dental Hospital is seeking a full‑time Operation Supervisor to manage daily hospital operations at its Kathmandu location. The role ensures smooth patient flow, high‑quality service delivery, and compliance with internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑desk and support staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Coordinate patient flow and monitor appointment schedules to optimise efficiency.
• Maintain operational procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Track key performance indicators, identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows.
• Assist with resource allocation and ensure clear communication between management, staff, and patients.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Experience in operations or facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
• Analytical mindset to assess performance data and support decision‑making.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
