About the role
We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive to support the daily activities of our travel and trekking company. The role is ideal for candidates with 1‑2 years of experience who are organized, trustworthy and eager to grow within the tourism sector.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily operational tasks and administrative work.
- Maintain records, prepare reports and manage documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform data entry and manage office databases.
- Support overall office operations and workflow management.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Higher Secondary (+2) completed.
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience in operations, administration or a related field.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet, Data Entry).
What we offer
- Monthly salary of NPR 25,000 or higher, based on qualifications and experience.
- Full‑time, onsite position in Kupondole Height, Kathmandu.
