Outbound Holiday Manager

About the role

The Outbound Holiday Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kathmandu. You will lead the planning, booking and delivery of international holiday packages for our customers, ensuring seamless travel experiences from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate outbound holiday itineraries, liaising with airlines, hotels and local suppliers.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, track reservations, monitor costs and maintain accurate documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and provide personalized service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote packages, achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Analyse booking data to forecast demand, optimise package pricing and support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound tourism or travel operations.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Business or a related field preferred.
