Paralegal Officer (Real Estate)

About the role

RV Group is seeking a full‑time Paralegal Officer to support its legal function within the real‑estate division. Based in Kathmandu, the role involves drafting, reviewing and organizing contracts, agreements and other legal documents related to property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, examine and analyse legal documents for the company and its affiliates.
• Maintain and organise case files, legal records and document management systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to collect information for property transactions and due‑diligence.
• Assist with regulatory filings, registration and compliance at the Office of Company Registrar and other government offices.
• Track amendments to laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
• Support employees, agents and dealers on legal matters and conduct field visits for legal actions.
• Schedule meetings, interviews and depositions, and prepare correspondence as required.

Required profile

• Strong legal drafting and documentation abilities.
• Knowledge of Nepalese real‑estate laws, property regulations and compliance procedures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with internal teams, clients and regulatory bodies.
