Personal Assistant Intern to Founder (Kathmandu)

About the role

Soulversity, a global wellness and mindfulness academy, is seeking a motivated Personal Assistant Intern to support its Founder, Master Dev OM, in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site role offers hands‑on experience in administrative support, digital marketing and community engagement within a purpose‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities and manage the Founder’s schedule.
• Assist with internal and external communications, including community engagement.
• Organise meetings, outreach efforts and travel logistics.
• Handle social‑media posting, content creation and basic website tasks.
• Support event planning, retreats and training programmes.
• Contribute ideas, take ownership of assigned projects and collaborate with an international team.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student, preferably in marketing or communications.
• Excellent English speaking and writing abilities.
• Joyful, responsible, people‑oriented and proactive.
• Interest in mindfulness, mental health and conscious living.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training programmes.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of social‑media platforms.
• Content creation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity.
