Pre‑Sales Engineer - Cybersecurity

About the role
The Presales Engineer – Security will support ICT Distribution’s full security product portfolio across the APAC region. You will provide technical expertise, conduct demos and proof‑of‑concepts, and create solution proposals to help grow the cybersecurity business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide presales support for a range of security solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts and technical workshops for partners and enterprise customers.
- Prepare technical proposals, bills of quantities and responses to RFPs.
- Engage with partners and customers to understand security requirements.
- Assist in designing security architectures and recommending appropriate solutions.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience with cybersecurity or security products.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Required skills
- Knowledge of firewalls.
- Experience with endpoint protection solutions.
- Familiarity with various security tools.
