Product Designer (UX/UI) – Mid-level

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Product Designer to create and refine modules for our accounting, tax and property software. Working within an established design system and alongside senior designers, you will tackle dense, rule‑driven interfaces in a regulated B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end features: flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity screens and interactive prototypes.
• Interpret business requirement documents and design briefs, raising questions early on.
• Build data‑dense UI components such as conditional forms, multi‑step wizards, tables, filters and dashboards.
• Define all UI states (empty, loading, error, success, etc.) and cover edge cases.
• Iterate on structured feedback across multiple review cycles while maintaining coherence.
• Present designs in team critiques and articulate design decisions.
• Break ambiguous problems into manageable slices and deliver them in short cycles.
• Maintain clean, well‑named Figma files and extend the design system responsibly.
• Identify blockers early, propose solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Mid‑level product designer comfortable with complex B2B SaaS products in a regulated domain.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, able to turn vague briefs into clear design problems.
• Fast‑paced work style, capable of switching contexts without losing detail.
• Proactive communicator who raises issues early and suggests actionable solutions.
• Willingness to use AI tools (e.g., Claude) as part of the design workflow.
