About the role

The Product Documentation & Customer Education Coordinator bridges product development and product adoption. You will become the go‑to expert on our suite of products, translating technical details into clear, user‑friendly educational content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep, end‑to‑end understanding of product workflows and user journeys.
• Convert product requirements, engineering specs, and new feature releases into concise documentation, step‑by‑step guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
• Create short, engaging product walkthrough videos using screen recordings and AI voiceovers.
• Determine the most effective format for each piece of information—written guides, videos, visual walkthroughs, or FAQs.
• Maintain a centralized documentation and education platform, ensuring logical organization, consistent templates, and up‑to‑date content.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to grasp complex product concepts quickly.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of simplifying technical language for non‑technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in gathering feedback to continuously improve content.
