Product Manager Recovery

About the role

The company is seeking a Product Manager to lead its Recovery product line, focusing on improving customer retention and driving growth. The role will be based in Kathmandu and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Recovery portfolio, aligning with business objectives.
• Analyze churn data and user behavior to identify opportunities for retention and upsell.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to prioritize features and launch enhancements.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators such as retention rate, activation, and revenue growth.
• Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to inform product decisions.
• Prepare product documentation, roadmaps and stakeholder presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on retention, growth or customer‑centric products.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable product initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
