Project Support Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Project Support Coordinator to join our Kathmandu office. The role acts as the primary bridge between clients and our internal creative teams, overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of digital marketing and social‑media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong professional relationships.
• Onboard new clients, capture brand identity, business goals, and campaign objectives.
• Run regular status meetings, present progress, gather feedback, and align on upcoming milestones.
• Maintain a master content calendar covering multiple client accounts and ensure timely review, approval, and scheduling of posts, videos, graphics, and copy.
• Monitor performance metrics such as video hook engagement, audience retention, and overall social‑media growth.
• Translate client briefs into clear tasks and milestones for creative, design, and copy teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workflows, allocate resources, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in account management or project coordination within a digital‑marketing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering on time and on budget.
• Excellent communication abilities to manage client expectations and internal collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
• Experience managing content calendars and scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust creative assets accordingly.
