Relationship Officer – Commercial (Restaurant Partnerships)

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
• Serve as primary point of contact for partner queries and day‑to‑day support.
• Regularly engage with partners to understand needs and improve experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues promptly.
• Monitor restaurant performance, identify growth opportunities, and support promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate partner information and proactively support retention.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace for collaboration and documentation.
