Restaurant Partner Relationship Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Executive to manage and grow our restaurant partner accounts in Kathmandu. The role involves daily communication with partners, account oversight, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction and business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries, requirements, and day‑to‑day support.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support promotional campaigns.
• Onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve partner issues.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare performance reports, and conduct field visits as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driving license for regular field visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
