Revit and BIM Modeler

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Revit and BIM Modeler to create and maintain high-quality 3D building information models. The successful candidate will work across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, ensuring that models meet project specifications and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform multidisciplinary modeling for architectural, structural and MEP elements.
• Support MEP modeling, coordination and clash detection activities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other BIM professionals to ensure model consistency.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements to verify model accuracy.
• Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues promptly.
• Maintain quality, accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
• Complete assigned modeling tasks within established project timelines.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
