Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, target‑driven Sales and Marketing Representative to promote iLifestyle’s smart‑home and security solutions and generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell iLifestyle’s smart‑home and security solutions to existing and prospective customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, referrals and other sales activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Identify new business and project‑based sales opportunities and follow up with prospects.
• Address customer queries, provide product support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, maintain sales reports and continuously improve product and industry knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar business‑development role.
• Familiarity with CRM practices and maintaining customer/prospect information.
• Strong ability to build and maintain productive professional relationships.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, responsible and solution‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good prioritisation, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel within Kathmandu Valley; ownership of a two‑wheeler is preferred.
