Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, tech‑savvy Sales Officer to generate new business opportunities and promote IT and technology solutions to prospective clients in Bhaktapur.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, email, social media and market outreach.
• Identify potential clients, arrange meetings, deliver presentations and follow‑up.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT and technology solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, contracts and agreements.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support tender, bidding and vendor‑listing processes.
• Maintain sales activities and client information using CRM and digital sales tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and client‑handling skills.
• Interest in technology with the ability to understand and explain IT solutions.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and comfortable with client‑facing sales activities.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of IT/technical sales experience is an advantage.
