Senior Curriculum Designer – Coding & AI

About the role

The Senior Curriculum Designer will lead the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Code Mantra’s K‑12 programs in coding, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and emerging technologies. This role blends deep technical knowledge with educational expertise to turn complex concepts into engaging, project‑based learning experiences for students of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive K‑12 curriculum pathways covering Scratch, Python, JavaScript, web and app development, game development, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Develop AI‑focused modules including prompt engineering, generative AI, large language models, computer vision, NLP, ethics, and safety.
• Create robotics learning tracks that incorporate fundamentals, engineering design, sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, IoT, and autonomous systems.
• Produce lesson plans, teacher guides, student workbooks, coding exercises, robotics activities, AI experiments, assessments, quizzes, and project rubrics.
• Align curriculum with international STEM standards, ensure technical accuracy, and use student performance data to refine content.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative educational tools and approaches.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven expertise in both technology and K‑12 education.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical topics into age‑appropriate, hands‑on learning experiences.
• Experience designing end‑to‑end curriculum pathways from beginner to advanced levels.
