Senior Data Analyst – Business Insights & Dashboard Development

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable business insights. The successful candidate will design interactive dashboards, automate reporting, and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Apache Superset and Power BI.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Perform data cleaning, statistical analysis, and automation with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver meaningful insights.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards to support business operations.
• Work with large datasets from databases, APIs, and multiple data sources.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.
• Support data pipeline development and ETL processes.
• Present analytical findings through effective visualisation and storytelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Apache Superset for dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations).
• Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ETL processes, Git, and data‑governance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
