Senior Developer & DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer & DevOps Engineer to design, develop, deploy and maintain scalable software solutions. The role combines hands‑on development with leadership of technical initiatives and support for development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable applications aligned with business requirements.
• Analyse business processes and translate them into effective digital solutions.
• Design and manage databases, system architecture and application workflows.
• Manage DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, server administration and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Customize and enhance applications to meet client and organisational needs.
• Integrate third‑party systems, APIs and external platforms.
• Lead and mentor development team members through code reviews, task allocation and technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimise application performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in software development and system implementation.
• Strong experience in application development, database management and system architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Linux servers, Git and DevOps practices.
• Experience with ERP/CRM customization, automation tools and workflow management systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
