Senior Executive - SAP B1

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to lead end‑to‑end SAP Business One implementations, optimize processes and drive adoption across the organization. You will work closely with finance, supply chain and production teams to ensure the system supports operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle SAP B1 module implementation and integration with existing systems.
• Continuously assess, optimize and automate SAP processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Enhance reporting capabilities to deliver actionable insights and uninterrupted access to SAP data.
• Promote SAP adoption across all departments by identifying new automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align SAP usage with organizational goals and provide user training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations and data protection laws through robust access controls.
• Integrate Business Intelligence solutions with SAP to support data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts/Finance with solid understanding of financial, supply‑chain, production and inventory processes.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP B1 modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) and experience in configuration, support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using SAP reporting tools or related BI solutions.
• Experience documenting systems, delivering user training and collaborating across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field; SAP certification or training is a plus.
• Prior ERP/SAP experience in manufacturing, agribusiness or distribution is preferred.
