Senior QA Engineer – SaaS Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives for our fast‑growing SaaS platform that enables brands to collaborate with influencers, UGC creators, and loyal customers. You will own testing strategy across web, API and mobile applications, build automation frameworks, and mentor the QA team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manual and automated testing for web, API, mobile, backend and AI/ML components.
• Design, build and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or Appium.
• Define and execute end‑to‑end testing strategies including functional, regression, integration, exploratory and release testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and champion QA best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Design to identify risks, resolve quality issues and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Mentor and review work of QA engineers, raising the team’s technical capabilities.
• Own release quality, provide data‑driven recommendations on product readiness and continuously improve QA processes and metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on QA/testing experience, preferably in a product‑based or SaaS environment.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring QA engineers and driving quality initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with an ownership mindset.

• API testing expertise.
• CI/CD pipeline integration and version control (Git).
• Test management tools: Jira, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr.
• Scripting/programming: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java.
