Senior Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple software development teams, ensure Agile best practices, and drive project delivery excellence. You will act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, manage sprint cycles, and provide data‑driven insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, timelines, and quality to align with organizational goals.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Associate Scrum Masters, offering guidance and support.
• Promote Agile frameworks, improve team communication, and remove impediments.
• Maintain sprint burndown charts, track progress in JIRA, and present metrics using PowerBI.
• Work with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests.
• Design and automate dashboards and reports with PowerApps.
• Provide strategic insights on resource allocation and drive Scrum maturity across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in software development projects, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) required.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
