Service Advisor for Two-Wheeler

About the role

We are looking for a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for motorcycle and scooter owners. You will greet customers, capture their service needs and guide them through the repair process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their vehicle complaints and service requirements.
• Conduct a preliminary inspection of motorcycles/scooters and record observations.
• Prepare accurate job cards with customer concerns and required repairs.
• Explain recommended services, repair estimates, costs and expected delivery times.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
• Monitor repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
• Obtain customer approval for additional repairs or part replacements.
• Ensure availability of required spare parts by coordinating with the parts department.
• Perform quality checks before vehicle delivery and explain completed work, replaced parts and maintenance recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve service‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate service records, invoices and warranty documentation.
• Process warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Promote value‑added services, accessories and annual maintenance packages.
• Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI) and service revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety standards and manufacturer procedures.
• Follow up with customers after service to collect feedback and build long‑term relationships.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area.
• Support appointment scheduling and workshop capacity planning.
• Work closely with workshop, parts and sales teams to ensure efficient service operations.
