Service Executive

About the role

The Service Executive will support the Service Centre network by handling spare‑parts documentation, claims processing, forecasting and reporting. The role ensures timely communication with internal teams and delivers high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process spare‑parts purchase orders based on Service Centre requirements and operational demand.
• Prepare and circulate daily pending reports to track and follow up on open service cases.
• Handle Parts Sales Return Notes (SRNs) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Update the Order Forecasting System (OFS) with timely spare‑parts forecasting data.
• Coordinate collection and dispatch of defective parts to the Used Parts Collection (UPC) centre.
• Process in‑stock defective parts claims in line with Samsung guidelines.
• Liaise with Samsung and the Retail Sales team to resolve stock‑repair cases.
• Submit monthly attendance reports to the HR department.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service‑related documentation or logistics role.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
