Smart Home & Security Technician

About the role

We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive Technician responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting smart home and security solutions at customer and project sites. The role involves regular site visits, client coordination, teamwork, and ensuring installations are completed safely, correctly, and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, smart locks, access control systems, gate motors, smart curtains, and other smart home solutions.
• Perform basic electrical wiring and technical installation work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer and project sites.
• Conduct regular site visits for installation, maintenance, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand and address technical concerns.
• Test installed systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain records of installation, maintenance, and service activities.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Experience in the electrical field or previous experience as a Technician.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring processes and methods.
• Diploma, technical education, or training in electrical/technical fields (preferred).
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Responsible, motivated, and proactive attitude.
• Good communication and client‑handling skills; ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to ride a scooter or motorcycle; owning a two‑wheeler is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to different customer and project sites within Kathmandu Valley.
