About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will join Nepal Medical College’s communications team to showcase the college’s academic programs, campus life, and hospital services across digital platforms. This full‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration in Kathmandu with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistent publishing.
• Capture photos and short videos on campus and in the hospital using mobile tools.
• Write clear, accurate captions that comply with medical ethics and privacy standards.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments or inquiries in coordination with relevant departments, and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, and administrative staff to source stories and visual assets.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, engaging social‑media copy, preferably in education or healthcare.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and adherence to professional, ethical, and privacy guidelines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with the local context and ability to create inclusive, gender‑neutral content.
