Social Media Coordinator

About the role

The company, a growing beauty and personal care brand, is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to strengthen its digital presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging content while supporting e‑commerce initiatives and influencer collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activity on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, the company website and Daraz marketplace.
• Create, schedule and publish visual and video content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Respond to customer comments, messages and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate collaborations with influencers and content creators.
• Assist digital marketing campaigns, promotions and online sales efforts.
• Monitor social media trends, conduct competitor research and report performance metrics weekly.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
• Strong written communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
• Basic video editing and photography skills.
