Social Media Executive & Content Creator

About the role

Doorsteps Nepal is seeking a creative and camera‑friendly Social Media Executive who will also serve as a Content Creator. You will be one of the faces of our fast‑growing home and office services platform, producing engaging video content and managing our social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and shoot short‑form videos such as Reels, TikToks, service demos, and brand films.
• Manage and grow Doorsteps Nepal’s presence on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Develop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Appear on‑camera for customer and service‑professional interviews.
• Identify trending topics, formats and sounds and turn them into compelling content.
• Engage with the online community through comments, direct messages and other interactions.
• Represent the brand at events, campaigns and content shoots.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Required profile

• Experience in content creation, video production or social‑media management.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing tools.
• Strong communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Creative mindset with a solid grasp of trends, storytelling and social media.
• Energetic, punctual, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
• Fresh graduates with strong creativity are welcome.
