Social Media Handler

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Handler to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. The role involves content creation, paid promotion, analytics, and client relationship management to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging text, image, and video content tailored for each social platform for both clients and the company.
• Handle daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
• Set up, run, and monitor Meta ad campaigns and post boosts, managing audience targeting, budgets and performance optimisation.
• Research current social media trends, hashtags and platform updates to keep content relevant.
• Ensure brand consistency across all content, adhering to tone, style and visual identity.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities for clients and the company.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers and conversions, and generate insights.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, understand requirements, share ideas and provide regular updates.
• Attend client and internal meetings, and conduct site visits for photo and video shoots.
• Collaborate with design, marketing and video teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, Media or a related field.
• 2‑4 years proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a portfolio or social handles.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and running paid campaigns.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and visual communication abilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
