Software Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage a team of Data Quality Assurance Engineers. The role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high‑quality data solutions that meet organisational and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse project requirements and determine Data QA resource needs.
• Develop, review and approve test plans and testing strategies.
• Assign, monitor and evaluate the work of Data QA Engineers to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Development and IT teams to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure products and deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.
• Recruit, onboard, train and mentor Data QA team members.
• Manage user access based on the principle of least privilege and revoke access for departing employees.
• Monitor team capacity, utilisation and resource allocation.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Promote and enforce QA best practices, standards and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in health‑care (HS Healthcare) environment.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Quality Assurance, Data Testing or a related field.
