Sr. QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to own and drive the end‑to‑end quality assurance strategy for AI‑powered products, chat applications, voice solutions, and web platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated regression, smoke, integration, and functional test suites.
• Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases, and detailed bug reports.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Execute performance and load testing with JMeter or k6.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure release readiness.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects, driving timely resolution.
• Review quality metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Proven experience in API testing.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC and STLC.
• Ability to write clear, structured test documentation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
