Support Executive

About the role

The Support Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful use of our ERP and accounting solutions. This role blends customer service with technical expertise to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client requests via phone, email, or chat, addressing technical cases for new and existing customers.
• Diagnose, record, track, and resolve technical support tickets promptly.
• Implement ERP software and guide clients in using all features and modules.
• Provide on‑site or online training sessions as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information stored in the software.
• Follow up on unresolved issues, manage escalations, and conduct field visits when needed.
• Assign tasks to junior team members, monitor progress, and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Collect client feedback at regular intervals to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge or familiarity with accounting software.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with logical problem‑solving ability.
• Service‑oriented attitude, putting the customer first.

Required skills

• Experience with Tally accounting software.
• Experience with Swastik accounting software.
• Proficiency in using ERP software platforms.
